Parents Involved in Community Schools v. Seattle School District No. 1 and Meredith v. Jefferson County
On June 28, 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered its decision on Parents Involved in Community Schools v. Seattle School District No. 1 and Meredith v. Jefferson County cases. The Court was asked to consider the school districts' use of race in assigning students to schools.
