Christian Corrigan is an attorney at Mountain States Legal Foundation, a nonprofit, public interest law firm dedicated to individual liberty, the right to own and use property, limited and ethical government. He is a member of the Federalism & Separation Powers Practice Group Executive Committee.
Christian clerked for Justice Caleb Stegall on the Kansas Supreme Court. Prior to joining MSLF in January 2018, Christian was a Constitutional Litigation Fellow at the Institute for Justice. Christian previously worked for the Federalist Society’s national headquarters as Director of Publications from 2012-2015.
Christian earned his B.A. in Political Science in 2009 from the University of Pennsylvania before attending the University of Kansas School of Law. While at KU Law, Christian served as Associate Editor of the Kansas Law Review and President of the KU Federalist Society Student Chapter. His article, McDonald v. City of Chicago: Did Justice Thomas Resurrect the Privileges or Immunities Clause from the Dead? (And Did Justice Scalia Kill It Again?), was also published by the Kansas Law Review.
Christian is admitted to practice law in Kansas. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; U.S. Court of Federal Claims; U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado; and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
