The Supreme Court on Same Sex Marriage: Time to Amend the Constitution?

Both Professors John Yoo and John Eastman were law clerks for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and both share many opinions on law and public policy, but in this program, their divergent views on the landmark decision in Obergefell v. Hodges will be tackled.  Obergefell v. Hodges is the June 2015 Supreme Court decision that extended the 14th Amendment to find a fundamental right to marry for persons of the same sex.

Cost: $30 member/ $35 nonmember/ $20 students/judges for lunch and 1 hour of MCLE credit.(The Federalist Society is a California State Bar approved provider of MCLE).
