This program will examine the Supreme Court's decisions in the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) cases. The Court will likely have announced the decisions in the cases between June 25 & 28.

David Kopel and Rob Natelson co-authored two amicus briefs in the Obamacare Case before the U.S. Supreme Court --one brief on the meaning of the Necessary and Proper Clause, the other on the Medicaid mandate and the Spending Clause. They have written articles on the Affordable Care Act published in the Yale Law Journal, Michigan Law Review, American Journal of Law and Medicine, and Engage. They have been quoted in, among other media, the Wall Street Journal and Forbes. Mr. Natelson was the first law professor in the United States to suggest in writing (September 2009) that the proposed Affordable Care Act might be unconstitutional.
