SCOTUS REVIEW with Justice Bolick and Judge Eckerstrom

Join the Federalist Society for a review of recent decisions handed down by the Supreme Court of the United States, lead by Justice Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court and Judge Eckerstrom of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Div. II. and moderated by Professor Tessa Dysart. The speakers will each share insights on Kennedy v. Bremerton School District, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, and West Virginia v. EPA. They will also discuss their general impressions of the SCOTUS term, upcoming cases, and the future of the Court. A Q&A will follow.
