The Supreme Court heard oral argument on November 6, 2013 in Town of Greece v. Galloway, a case in which the lower Court of Appeals held that a legislative prayer practice violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, notwithstanding the absence of discrimination in the selection of prayer-givers or forbidden exploitation of the prayer opportunity.
