The United States Supreme Court last addressed the Second Amendment in 2010 in McDonald v. City of Chicago. Since then, there have been a multitude of cases decided in the Circuit Courts and District Courts addressing the scope of the individual's right to keep and bear arms. State courts have also weighed in. It is likely that the Supreme Court will yet again tackle this issue in this upcoming Term. President Obama and his administration have also taken administrative and executive action on gun control issues that has or will likely be challenged in the courts. David Kopel, a Second Amendment expert, will update us on all these issues and more.
