Join us for an in-person lunch conversation with Phil Strach of Nelson Mullins, who represented the Louisiana Secretary of State in Louisiana v. Callais, the Supreme Court case addressing racial gerrymandering, Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, and the constitutional limits of race-conscious redistricting. Phil will discuss the litigation, the Court’s decision, and what Callais means for future redistricting and election-law disputes.
