Prof. Douglas R. Williams, St. Louis University School of Law, St. Louis, MO – After graduating from Duke Law School, Professor Williams clerked for the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He later became an associate with Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. Prof. Williams’ areas of expertise include constitutional law and Supreme Court issues.
Hon. Stephen N. Limbaugh, Sr. (Ret.), Armstrong Teasdale, St. Louis, MO - From 1983 to 2008, Stephen Limbaugh, Sr. served as a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri. Prior to being appointed by president Ronald Reagan in 1983, he was in private law practice and served as a prosecuting attorney for Cape Girardeau County, Missouri and city attorney for Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
