This panel debate, co-sponsored by The Federalist Society and the Nashville Chapter of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy, will focus on the current process for selecting appellate judges in Tennessee, the recent controversy over the process and proposals for revising the process. Following a brief introduction by Chief Justice Barker, each panelist will make a presentation on his or her position on the topic. The panelist presentations will be followed by questions for the panel by Chief Justice Barker and then questions from attendees.
PLEASE NOTE: This program has been approved for 1-1/2 general hours of CLE.

There is no fee to attend this event. Donations and/or membership applications and fees to The Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society will be accepted at the door.
