Alan Gura is a partner at Gura & Possessky in Alexandria, Va. Mr. Gura successfully argued District of Columbia v. Heller and McDonald v. Chicago, where the Supreme Court held that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right to bear arms and incorporate that right against the States. Mr. Gura will provide his unique perspective on the current proposals for increased gun control in Congress and the States.
