Joshua Thompson, a lawyer from the Pacific Legal Foundation, will be speaking on a recent Supreme Court case PLF argued, Cedar Point Nursery v. Gould, a case involving the takings clause (Cedar Point Nursery v. Hassid | Pacific Legal Foundation).  A local Fresno firm, Sagaser Watkins & Wieland, also worked on this case.
