Tuan Samahon teaches Constitutional Law I and II, Federal Courts, and Complex Litigation at Villanova University School of Law. He writes in the areas of federal courts and constitutional law. Samahon’s articles have been published in the Stanford Law Review, Ohio State Law Journal, Hastings Law Journal, William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and the University of Chicago Legal Forum (forthcoming 2011) on various federal separation-of-powers subjects. In late 2009, he testified before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, subcommittee on the Constitution, concerning executive branch use of policy “czars.”

 

Rob Natelson is one of America’s best-known constitutional scholars. A former tenured law professor at the University of Montana Law School, Natelson is now at the Independence Institute full-time as the Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies.

The cost of the luncheon is $17 if paid in advance and $20 if paid at the door.
