Cato Institute Senior Fellow Ilya Shapiro will discuss McCutcheon v. FEC (campaign finance); Bond v. U.S. (treaty power to bind Congress); Susan B. Anthony List v. Driehaus (free speech); and Harris v. Quinn (labor law).

Oklahoma Solicitor General Wyrick will discuss Michigan v. Bay Mills Indian Community (tribal sovereign immunity); Schuette v. BAMN et al. (affirmative action); Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. (religious liberty; RFRA) and Cline v. Oklahoma Coalition for Reproductive Justice (Oklahoma abortion case).

Professor Halabi will discuss NLRB v. Noel Canning (recess appointment power); McCullen v. Coakley (free speech restrictions near abortion clinics); Riley v. California and United States v. Wurie (both cell phone searches under Fourth Amendment).
