Timothy Taylor is a Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy in the U.S. Department of Labor. Before joining the Department, Mr. Taylor was a litigation attorney in private practice and served as a law clerk to Judge Harris Hartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Judge Charles Lettow of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University, and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review and research assistant for Professors John Manning and Bill Stuntz.
