On March 19, the Dallas Federalist Society will present a talk by Andrew S. Oldham on the Take Care Clause of the United States Constitution, and the limits it imposes on Presidential decisions not to enforce the law under various circumstances.


Mr. Oldham is  Deputy General Counsel to Governor Greg Abbott.  He previously served as a Deputy Solicitor General of Texas, an attorney-adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel at the United States Department of Justice, and a law clerk to Justice Samuel A. Alito of the United States Supreme Court.
