Steven Teles is a professor of political science at Johns Hopkins University and the author of The Rise of the Conservative Legal Movement: The Battle for Control of the Law. Professor Teles will provide an interesting look at how conservative legal thought has been resurgent in the last 40 years and insight into the interplay between ideology, structure and action in the conservative legal movement.

Please join us for what will be a fascinating lecture and, perhaps, an inspiration for those looking to play an active role in the local chapter. In the words of Edmund Burke, ‘Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little.’
