Rob Natelson is one of the nation’s leading practitioners of the “Original Understanding” school of constitutional interpretation, and his research has been cited over a dozen times by the U.S. Supreme Court. He taught constitutional law and theory for 25 years at three different law schools; he currently serves as the Senior Fellow for Constitutional Jurisprudence at both the Montana Policy Institute and Colorado’s Independence Institute.
