Join the Columbus Lawyers’ Chapter of the Federalist Society as we welcome Professor Jonathan Adler to discuss the challenge to Obamacare, currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court, to federal subsidies flowing to states without state exchanges. Professor Adler was one of the first to develop the case against the legality of the Obamacare subsidies.
The cost is $20.00 ($15.00 for those who join the Columbus Lawyers Chapter for the 2014-2015 program year and $5 for students). Lunch is included.
