Please join the Piedmont Triad Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society on Tuesday, July 13 for a discussion on the nomination of Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the United States Supreme Court with Ed Whelan and Duke University Law Professor Guy-Uriel Charles. Whelan is the President of the Ethics and Public Policy Center and a regular contributor to National Review Online's Bench Memos blog on judicial nominations and constitutional law. Charles is an expert in and frequent public commentator on constitutional law, election law, campaign finance, redistricting, politics, and race. He is also a co-founder and contributor to the Colored Demos blog

Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. and the event begins at Noon.

Parking will be available in the Liberty & Main Parking Deck. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation. Once you reach the main level of the Liberty & Main Parking Deck (marked Level 2 in the parking garage elevators) enter the building through the entranceway and proceed to the main lobby. Take the building elevators to the 12th floor.
