On the Eve of the 2012 Presidential Election, come and hear from three experts on the U.S. Supreme Court and constitutional law about the potential impact of the election results on the future of the Supreme Court. With many recent high profile decisions being decided 5-4, and three Justices turning 80 during the next four years, whoever wins in November has the possibility of significantly affecting the direction of the Supreme Court's jurisprudence.
