Join us for a timely post-decision discussion with Senator Johnson on the aftermath of King v. Burwell and its policy implications.

The United States Supreme Court will soon be deciding the landmark case King v. Burwell which challenges the constitutionality of tax credit subsidies for individuals who purchased insurance under the federal health care exchange. A ruling striking down the tax subsidies could put 166,000 Wisconsinites at risk of losing their insurance.

Senator Johnson recently introduced S.1016 which would extend the subsidies until 2017 and repeal Obamacare's individual mandate. Pending the outcome of the case, Senator Johnson will discuss the legal and policy options post-decision.
