Mr. Shanmugam will discuss recently decided U.S. Supreme Court cases of particular interest to members of the Federalist Society.
Mr. Shanmugam heads the Supreme Court and appellate litigation practice for Williams & Connolly LLP (Washington, D.C.) (https://www.wc.com/kshanmugam). He has argued 17 cases before the Supreme Court, including three cases in the current 2014-2015 term. Mr. Shanmugam has been recognized by numerous publications as one of the nation’s leading Supreme Court and appellate advocates.
