Tom Fisher is VP and Director of Litigation at EdChoice Legal Advocates, where he defends school choice programs from constitutional litigation. He formerly served as Indiana's first Solicitor General for 18 years.

John Colyandro leads Colyandro Public Affairs and previously served as Senior Advisor and Policy Director for Governor Greg Abbott.

Arif Panju is a managing attorney at the Institute for Justice. He litigates in defense of school choice programs nationwide and was counsel in Carson v. Makin in the U.S. Supreme Court, which helped put an end to Blaine Amendments and attempts by states to exclude religious schools from educational choice programs.
