Please join The Birmingham Lawyers Chapter of The Federalist Society for a discussion of the McDonald v. City of Chicago case and the future of gun rights with Clark Neily. Mr. Neily has been a Senior Attorney with the Institute for Justice since 2000. He litigates economic liberty, property rights, school choice, First Amendment and other constitutional cases in both federal and state courts. In his private capacity, he served as co-counsel for the plaintiffs in the Heller v. District of Columbia gun rights case that established for the first time that the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to keep a gun at home for self defense.
** This course has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 1 hour CLE credit.
