Prof. Eastman's appearance in Buffalo will include review and commentary on the Supreme Court's major end of term decisions, including DOMA and California Prop 8, the Texas affirmative action case and the voting rights decision, and I'm sure he'll be happy to discuss the IRS controversy as well.

The cost of the lunch is $15 for attorneys, $8 for students.

If you'd like to attend, please RSVP to [email protected], and send a check by July 22, payable to "The Federalist Society," to the following address:

Robert A. Klump
Raichle Pre-Law Center, Lyons Hall
Canisius College
2001 Main St.

In the alternative, you can pay, by check or cash, on the day of the event, but it is necessary that you RSVP to [email protected], so an accurate head count for the luncheon can be given.
