Mr. Casey is Managing Director & General Counsel for the Jubilee Campaign’s Law of Life Project, a public interest organization dedicated to legally defending the right to life and dignity of the human being. For 14 years, Mr. Casey served as the Christian Legal Society's Chief Executive Officer. He also was the Founding Chairman of the Alliance Defense Fund. Mr. Casey will discuss current threats to life and religious liberty and his efforts to defend those values.
Mr. Casey is well-known for his work defending religious liberty before state and federal courts and legislative bodies, including the U.S. Congress and U.S. Supreme Court. He has appeared on radio and television, and has been quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, USA Today and Washington Post. He and his wife recently moved to Charlotte from Washington, D.C.
