Labor and Employment Law Briefing

In 2002, the Federalist Society presented a unique panel discussing the significant labor and employment issues facing the Bush Administration. As a follow up, the Federalist Society is again presenting such a panel, which will include senior legal and policy representatives from the three key agencies governing the workplace.
