Jordan Lorence on Coach Kennedy and How the Supreme Court Overruled the Lemon Test

Please join the Orange County Lawyers Chapter for a luncheon and presentation. Jordan Lorence will present on how the U.S. Supreme Court overruled the Lemon test and reshaped Establishment Clause jurisprudence through three key cases: Carson v. Makin (the school choice case),  Shurtleff v. City of Boston (the flag pole case), and then culminating with Kennedy v. Bremerton School District, the Coach Kennedy case. This presentation will provide context and overview of multiple important cases coming out of the Court's most recent term.
