Judge Chad Readler of the Sixth Circuit and Brian Rabbitt of Jones Day on "Inside the Department of Justice." Judge Readler served as Acting Assistant Attorney General over the Civil Division at DOJ from 2017 until his appointment to the bench in 2019, and Mr. Rabbitt served as Acting Assistant Attorney General over the Criminal Division from 2019-2020 before heading to Jones Day.
