Mr. Green is Deputy Chief Counsel for Litigation at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s National Litigation Center, where he helps run the Chamber’s nationwide regulatory and amicus litigation programs.
Before joining the Chamber, Mr. Green clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and worked as a litigator at Gibson Dunn. Mr. Green will discuss current issues affecting businesses in courts throughout the country and potential problem areas on the horizon.
