This year marks the 42nd anniversary of Earth Day which will officially take place on April 22. James Taylor, a widely published expert on environmental issues, will trace the successes and failures of the environmental movement with particular emphasis on jobs and the economy. Mr. Taylor is the managing editor of Environment & Climate News and a senior fellow for The Heartland Institute. He has appeared on numerous national television and radio programs. James Taylor is high-energy and entertaining speaker.

Cost: $25 if paid in advance, $35 at the door ($25 at the door with current Federalist Society membership card or Student I.D. in hand)
