Noel Francisco recently argued one of the most significant cases pending at the U.S. Supreme Court this Term: NLRB v. Noel Canning. This case presents the issue of whether President Obama violated the Constitution by using the Recess Appointments power to appoint three members of the National Labor Relations Board in January 2012. Mr. Francisco will share his views of the case, anecdotes from the argument, and the potential impact of this decision on our jurisprudence and government.
