  • Hon. Blaine Luetkemeyer: Elected in 2008 to the United States House of Representatives (MO-3rd Dist), the Congressman serves on the House Financial Services Committee, subcommittees on Housing and Insurance (chair) and Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit
  • Ann Scarlett: Professor of Law at St. Louis University Law School, she is a former member of Stinson, Morrison and Hecker LLP, where she had a business, antitrust, consumer protection and securities practice. Professor Scarlett clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas on the U.S. Supreme Court.
  • Gregory Jacob: Partner at O'Melveny and Myers (D.C. office) who, prior to joining the firm, worked at the U.S. Department of Justice, the White House and the U.S. Department of Labor, where he served as Solicitor of Labor. He is currently litigating Dodd-Frank cases in the federal courts.
  • Moderated by: David Minnick, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Stifel Financial Co.
