The Dallas Lawyers' Chapter of the Federalist Society is excited to present a talk by Justice Don Willett of the Texas Supreme Court and appellate attorney Don Cruse on recent events at the Texas Supreme Court.

Justice Willett has served on the Texas Supreme Court since 2005.  Prior to being appointed to the Court, Justice Willett served in a number of positions in government, including Deputy Texas Attorney General and Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Department of Justice under President Bush.  He also tweets.

Mr. Cruse is an appellate attorney and the author of the Supreme Court of Texas Blog.
