In his new book, "The Death of American Virtue," Ken Gormley has provided an exhaustive account of the legal and political difficulties that plagued Bill Clinton's presidency. Dean Gormley and former Starr prosecutor Paul Rosenzweig will discuss legal strategies in the Clinton-Starr investigation, mistakes made by both sides, and lessons to be learned a decade after this political scandal consumed the nation.

Ken Gormley is Dean of the Duquesne University School of Law where he also teaches constitutional law. In addition to "The Death of American Virtue," Dean Gormley also authored a widely acclaimed biography of Watergate special prosecutor Archibald Cox. Ken is a former president of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Paul Rosenzweig is the principal of Red Branch Law & Consulting, in Washington, D.C. He formerly served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy in the Department of Homeland Security and as Acting Assistant Secretary for International Affairs. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Rosenzweig was Senior Litigation Counsel, assisting Kenneth Starr in his investigations of presidential misconduct.
