Today the U.S. Supreme Court issued its final decisions of its 2014-2015 term. Next month, come and join the Iowa Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society for our annual review of the 2014-2015 U.S. Supreme Court Term. Leading our discussion of notable and interesting cases in this historic term will be Justice David R. Stras of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Justice Stras has served on the Minnesota Supreme Court since 2010 and was previously a law professor at the University of Minnesota Law School and an appellate practitioner. In addition, Justice Stras clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas of the U.S. Supreme Court.
