Registration fee includes CLE materials, course taught by Justice Scalia and Prof. Baker, & two evening receptions. Registrants will receive the CLE materials in advance, which are expected to be read before the course.

Registration is only open to current dues-paying
members of the Federalist Society.

You will be removed from the attendee list within a week of registering if we cannot confirm that you are a current dues-paying member in good standing.

Also, upon full payment for your registration, $200 will act as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.  If you cancel your registration by July 27, 2015, the remainder of your registration fee will be refunded.  After July 27, 2015, no refunds will be issued.

Registration rates for members only:

  • $400 - Private Sector members
  • $350 - Government, Non-Profit, Faculty members
  • $300 - Student members (Students must be current Federalist Society law student members. This means you must be an active student member of an active student chapter of the Federalist Society, verified by the Student Division, in our national office. There are a limited number of student seats available for this event. If you are a student and are unable to register because it is full, please email Juli Nix below with your interest in attending and she will place you on the wait list.)

NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 27, 2015

LODGING INFORMATION:

Attendees are responsible for reserving their own accommodations for the conference. We have arranged for a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $265++ per night. Please contact the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch at 800-576-5582 (please specify “The Federalist Society” when making the reservation). Reservations can also be made by clicking HERE. Registrants must secure hotel rooms no later than July 27, 2015 in order to receive the discounted room rate of $265++ per night. We have contracted a discounted $10 per night resort fee and a discounted valet parking fee (there is no self-parking option at the hotel) of $35 per day. Please note that there are other additional charges, including; portage, housekeeping, and other fees, associated with your stay.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:

Ground transportation can be arranged from either the Denver or Eagle County airports to The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Paid shuttles, taxis and hired cars are available at the Eagle County airport. Rental cars and paid shuttles are available at the Denver airport. It is recommended that you make your shuttle reservations in advance.
