Mark your calendars now to come and join the Iowa Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society for our annual review of the 2013-2014 U.S. Supreme Court Term. Leading our discussion of notable and interesting cases in the term will be Erin E. Murphy, an appellate specialist who successfully argued the significant campaign finance case McCutcheon v. FEC before the Supreme Court this term.

Ms. Murphy is a partner with former Solicitor General Paul Clement at Bancroft PLLC. She was previously a law clerk to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., in the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Diane S. Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General. Ms. Murphy has been described by legal commentators as a "superstar," "immensely talented," and "superlative." We are excited to have her joining us in Des Moines.

Seating is limited, so please RSVP by replying to [email protected].

A reception will follow on the 16th floor balcony of the Nyemaster Law Firm.

This event has been approved for 1.0 hour of Iowa CLE Credit.
