Mr. Shapiro is a senior fellow in constitutional studies at the Cato Institute and editor-in-chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review. As coordinator of Cato’s amicus brief program, filed more than 100 “friend of the court” briefs in the Supreme Court. He also regularly provides commentary for various media outlets, including CNN, Fox News, ABC, CBS, NBC, Univision and Telemundo, The Colbert Report, NPR, and American Public Media’s Marketplace.

Lunch is included with the ticket price and will be served beginning at 12:00 p.m. The presentation will begin shortly thereafter and should conclude around 1:30.

The advance registration price is $15 for Federalist Society members and $25 for the general public.

1.5 hours of North Carolina CLE credit (approval pending) can be purchased for $4.50.
