On May 27, 2008, the Supreme Court decided Gomez-Perez v. Potter.  The Court held that Section 633a(a) of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) prohibits retaliation against a federal employee who complains of age discrimination.  Attorney Alan Smith, an associate at Greehan, Taves, Pandak & Stoner discusses the case.
