McDonald v. City of Chicago – Post-Argument Debate SCOTUScast

On March 2, 2010, the Supreme Court heard oral argument in McDonald v. City of Chicago. The question in this case is whether the Due Process Clause or the Privileges or Immunities Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment makes the right to keep and bear arms applicable to the States.
To discuss the case, we have Clark Neily, who is a Senior Attorney at the Institute for Justice, and signed an amicus brief in support of McDonald, and we have Marquette University Law School Professor J.
