The Supreme Court heard fi ve age discrimination cases this term which will have a signifi cant impact on employment law. Of special interest in these cases is whether the Roberts Court will apply its allegedly pro-business/pro-employer jurisprudence in the ADEA context. Not all of the High Court’s recent decisions have pleased Congress, particularly the House, which has shown a keen interest in remedying some of the Court’s allegedly anti-worker decisions.
