More than four years after President Obama signed the Affordable Care act, and nearly two years after the Supreme Court saved it from constitutional challenge, the debate over Obamacare continues. At this luncheon, Josh Blackman will discuss his recent book Unprecedented: The Constitutional Challenge to Obamacare, an inside account of the Obamacare litigation.
