U.S. Supreme Court Preview

The U.S. Supreme Court annually releases its biggest decisions in early summer. This year promises to be the second blockbuster in a row, with major decisions expected on affirmative action, election redistricting, Internet censorship, student-loan forgiveness, and more. Former Scalia clerk Aaron Van Oort and veteran SCOTUS practitioner Nicholas Nelson will preview these big decisions, and discuss where the Court is headed on these and other issues.
