"The Post" Screening

The San Diego Federalist Society will be hosting an event at Gaslamp Tavern that examines the intersection of the media and the law. KUSI News Director Steve Cohen will be joining us to share his thoughts and experiences on the First Amendment. We will then screen the film "The Post" with Tom Hanks, which examines the Washington Post's struggle to publish the Pentagon Papers. Afterward, First Amendment attorney Ryan Darby will lead a roundtable discussion on the issues raised in the film.

The event is free to attend and food will be provided. Free drink tickets will also be offered to dues-paying members.
