Adam Freedman is the author of The Naked Constitution: What the Founders Said and Why it Still Matters. One of America’s leading commentators on law, Freedman has been a guest on Fox & Friends, Blaze TV, Newsmax, and on numerous radio shows. In addition, Freedman’s commentary has been cited in legal briefs opposing Obamacare and in law review articles. A former columnist for the New York Law Journal, Freedman covers legal affairs for Ricochet.com. His essays have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, National Review, Slate, and Newsweek International, among others. Freedman’s 2007 book, The Party of the First Part (Holt) was praised by the late William Safire as “a lighthearted but lucid explanation of legalese.” Freedman holds degrees from Yale, Oxford, and the University of Chicago.
