While the 2008 Heller decision, coupled with this year's McDonald decision, dramatically strengthened the legal underpinnings of the Second Amendment, all is not well. Domestically, various jurisdictions still work actively to limit the right of their citizens to keep and bear arms; and internationally the United Nations continues its efforts to involve itself in firearms-related matters. Former Georgia Congressman Bob Barr, who serves also as a board member of the NRA, will discuss the future of the Second Amendment.
