The Cincinnati Chapter of the Federalist Society will host a luncheon featuring Robert A. Levy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cato Institute, discussing his recent book The Dirty Dozen: How Twelve Supreme Court Cases Radically Expanded Government and Eroded Freedom. Levy will expound upon his book and survey the cases which, in his view, have resulted in increased government as well as decreased liberty. Professor John M.
Bickers, a Constitutional Law scholar at Northern Kentucky University and retired Army Judge Advocate, will respond to Levy and offer his own views on the so-called "Dirty Dozen."

The cost is $15.00. Members and non-members alike are always welcome. RSVP by Noon on September 4th to Charles Miller at [email protected] or 513-579-6967. Pay at the door or in advance by cash or by check (payable to "The Federalist Society"). We look forward to seeing you at the event.
