The Dallas Chapter of the Federalist Society will be hosting a talk by Professor Derek Muller on Wednesday, November 18, at noon at the Belo Mansion.  Professor Muller will be speaking on the Voter ID and redistricting litigation currently embroiling Texas.

Professor Muller teaches at Pepperdine University School of Law.  He graduated summa cum laude from University of Notre Dame Law School and clerked for Judge Raymond Gruender on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  He has published extensively in the area of election law, particularly federalism and the role of states in the administration of elections.
